A project manager is assigned to your order and supervises the design, planing and drawings, provides progress reports and oversees material procurement and construction activities.
The design will include state-of-the-art combustion systems, refractories, electrical controls, material handling and heat recovery, and process control systems.
Fabrication and Erection Service
Converting designs into a productive combination of refractories, fabricated housing, controls and mechanical handling entities is no less a project than an engineering job. At F&D this receives no less attention. A Project Manager supervises and directs all phases of each F&D project including design, drafting, material specifications and procurement. Then, working closely together, the Project Manager and Erection Supervisor provide experienced direction to the installation and start-up of your project.
Process Controls
The intelligent application of computer technology to industrial furnace controls can provide you with heat processing equipment that is faster, safer, and more efficient, economical and reliable than you have ever known.
The Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) gives you sequence logic control of equipment in place of relay, counters and timers, therefore making changes of programs a quick and easy procedure.
The advanced programmable controller includes microprocessor functions which provide analog loop control as well as sequence logic to the control of process.
Integrated control systems provide the functions of the advanced programmable control system and higher level computer communication to provide a full range of data logging, product menu and recipe, and system management.
